Veriview E-Business Suite is a Web-based, three-tier, multiple-user database application for small- and medium-sized businesses. It uses high-performance Microsoft ASP.NET platform and SQL database to store and access your business data. Veriview can be hosted on our standard server or a third-party Web-hosting server for your convenience, or it can be installed on your own local network for ultimate privacy. We also provide customization service to extend Veriview's functionality for your specific needs.

Veriview currently includes the following modules:

• Customer Management: The customer module allows you to record customer information, store customer-related documents, and log your communications with the customer.
• Employee Management: The employee module allows you to record employee information, upload employee photo, store employee-related documents, assign account log-in and access permissions.
• Vendor Management: The vendor module allows you to record vendor information, and store vendor-related documents.
• Order Management: The ordering module allows you to record new orders and track status of existing orders.
• Catalog Management: The catalog modules allow you to modify the product categories, modify product information and upload product photos.
• Inventory Management: The inventory modules allow you to set up one or more business locations, and update the inventory level of each location.
• Project Management: The project module allows you to set up projects and tasks, assign them to your employees, and store project-related documents. Past-due projects are automatically highlighted as a warning.
• Document Management: The document module is integrated into several other modules (Employee, Vendor, Customer, and Project modules) to store electronic documents related to the specific entity and make them available for download by permitted personel.
• Permission Management: The permission modules are integrated into every page and module of the Veriview system. Each user can be assigned one or more user roles, which in turn define what functionality the user can access. Each web page will verify if the user is qualified to access this page before it starts execution.
• Electronic Map Generation: The mapping module is integrated into several other modules (Employee, Vendor, and Customer modules) to transform an address into a MapQuest online map. This allows you to obtain the map and directions very easily when you need to go onsite.
• Customization and Extensibility: Veriview utilizes a flexible architecture. It can be extended and customized to take care of all your business needs.
